This project features total building renovation of a three building historic apartment complex, inclusive of new installations of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, roofs, elevators and flooring. The electrical and mechanical work for this project required new electrical services, new HVAC system and fire alarm systems. Wheel chair lifts were added to the lobbies. Montgomery Arms Apartments featured historic tax credits and included lead paint and asbestos removal.
