The work for this occupied 259 unit complex included main electric service heavy-up, replacement of unit feeders, risers and individual metering, new potable water piping. Sixty percent of the buildings required new HVAC units and hot water heater replacement. All kitchens, bathrooms and common stairwells were renovated along with the rental office, the Community Center, and five laundry rooms.
