The renovation of this project included the conversion of a 78-unit apartment building into an 83-unit apartment building, including a rental office. The units now offer all new components and increased interior space created by extensive additions to many of the buildings. The rental office was renovated and five new units were created in the basement space. The project contains six accessible units.
