Located in the heart of South East D.C., this 110,000 SF two story community building offers various youth education and entertainment programs for the neighboring communities. This complex features a state-of-the-art theater, multiple classrooms for Washington Middle School, gymnasium for Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, wellness clinic, acoustically perfect practice rooms and recital halls for Levine School of Music and floating floor dance studios for Washington Ballet.
WCS Construction's work on the THEARC has made us the proud recipient of the Associated General Contractors of America's
"2005 Washington Contractor Award" in the "New Construction Contractors" category in honor of
excellence in construction. The award was accepted on October 27, at the 5th Annual Washington Contractor Awards Ceremony held by the AGC of DC.
