The development team includes Rappaport Companies, William C. Smith & Co., Harrison-Malone Development, Washington East Foundation and Marshall Heights Community Development Organization. The project will include 475 condominium units and 20 townhouse units with structured and ground level parking for nearly 1,800 parking spaces. The $106 million project is projected to start in 2013.
