The scope of work for this 214 unit project included main electric service heavy-up and replacement of unit feeds. Due to the age and condition of the water service, all plumbing laterals, risers, hot water heaters and fixtures were replaced. Building exteriors, hallways, kitchens and bathrooms were all renovated while the property was fully occupied.
