Huntington Village apartments consist of 20 masonry load bearing three story garden style apartment buildings totaling 202 units. Renovations performed by WCS Construction, LLC include replacement of all new HVAC systems, cabinets, vanities, faucets, counter tops, ceramic tile floors and shower surrounds, light fixtures and kitchen floors. Appliance upgrades, new hot water heaters, carpet, entry doors, hardware, electrical and plumbing repairs were performed as needed.
The site work included extensive landscaping, ornamental iron fencing, site concrete, and renovations to the parking facilities. The building exterior work included all new roofing systems, built up main roofs and metal roofing at entry treatments, new windows, shutters and masonry restoration. WCS Construction also provided construction of a new rental office and laundry facilities. All work in the one, two and three bedroom units was performed while the units remained occupied without relocating the residents.
