Federal Gateway II at 250 M Street SE will form a corner post to a future Canal Park area between and behind the buildings. Federal Gateway II will be an 11-story Class A LEED Gold office building with four levels of underground parking to accommodate 237 spaces, 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and 215,000 square feet of office space, including a conference center on the 11th floor with a terrace overlooking the future Canal Park. Construction of Federal gateway II is expected to begin in the Summer of 2009.
