The Courts of Camp Springs consist of 13, two and three story buildings, with 414 units. The buildings are brick and concrete block construction. The roofs are wood truss framed, pitched roofs with shingles. The units are heated from individual gas forced-air heaters and air conditioners for cooling. Domestic hot water is supplied from central hot water heaters. The buildings have individual entrances. New freestanding leasing and community center.
