At Archer Park, 240 new apartments will provide much-needed workforce housing for the District’s residents. The project architect is EDG Architects. Demolition of the old site began in 2005.
The topography of the site provides for impressive views of the park across the street. Exterior design will resemble townhomes, while the interiors will have a more urban, sleek element.
The project is in the preconstruction and permitting stage.
