880 New Jersey Avenue is a new 13 story above-grade 436 unit apartment building at Square 737 in SE Washington, DC with three additional levels of underground parking. Amenities will include two pools, a business center, conference room, fitness and yoga rooms, a lounge, club room, and garden room. The horseshoe-shaped tower will have abundant landscaping and many of the units will look out over the Capitol and other DC Monument landmarks. The relocation of exiting utilities is currently underway with building construction scheduled to start in the second quarter of this year.
