Jim S. Anglemyer
PRESIDENT
Responsibilities:

Mr. Anglemyer holds contract authority for the office of WCS Construction, LLC and is responsible for general corporate oversight. During all phases of the construction process, he interacts as needed with owners, architects, engineers and the entire WCS Construction team to ensure projects remain on schedule, under budget and are managed with the highest level of quality. Mr. Anglemyer has won multiple awards for his expertise including Excellence in Architecture, Historic Preservation and Architectural Design.
Fred A. DiPietro
VICE PRESIDENT OF ESTIMATING
Responsibilities:

Mr. DiPietro is a LEED AP and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include project planning, design and construction, overall coordination and assisting project management from conception to completion. His abilities include cost estimating and budgeting, value engineering and construction plan review.
Kenneth N. Getty
CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:

Mr. Getty has 12 years of experience as controller for manufacturing and construction companies. Responsibilities include all finance and accounting (including job costing, payroll, financial planning and budgeting and cash management). Mr. Getty interacts on a regular basis with project managers, clients and subcontractors to assure full compliance to all finance and payment terms of contracts. As a licensed CPA, Mr. Getty keeps abreast of construction-related financial and accounting requirements which are imposed by government and accountancy regulatory agencies. He is skilled in various accounting and spread sheet computer applications.
Elmer Goad
SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Responsibilities:

Mr. Goad has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. His responsibilities include project planning, design and construction, overall coordination and assisting project management from conception to completion. His abilities include cost estimating and budgeting, value planning, construction review and scheduling.
