Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating

A graduate of Kansas State with honors in the field of civil engineering, Rob has vast experience in multi-family (concrete, hybrid, and wood frame), building repositioning, base building, office, cultural, and data center projects. He is responsible for cost proposals from conceptual budgets to hard bids, leading training sessions, selecting subcontractors, managing and organizing the estimating and proposal preparation process, and developing strategic alliances with key subcontractors. He is adept at finding advantages during competitive bids and bringing the best value for negotiated proposals and will work with owners to value engineer projects to budget. He will work with operations during final owner contract negotiations and assist with purchasing subcontracts.
