Tremont Grand - Historic Renovation
The Grand has won multiple awards since its completion in 2006. Restoration and renovations to 90,000 SF of the former Masonic Temple, includes restoration of interior marble, plaster, scagliola, wood, and historic façade. Tremont Grand featured historic tax credits and included lead paint and asbestos removal. Included in this restoration work are new installations such as a commercial kitchen, an elevator, lighting, power system, HVAC system, plumbing system, sprinkler system and life safety systems. Avera Station - New Construction
The Avera Station project includes the construction of three connected, four story wood frame condominium buildings, containing 250 total units, all situated over a 2-story below grade, 188,000 SF cast-in-place concrete parking structure (400 spaces). The parking garage is capped with an 18" thick concrete podium slab which supports the wood frame residence buildings, four on structure courtyards and 2 port-cocheres sheltering the main building entrances. THEARC - New Construction
Located in the heart of South East D.C., this 110,000 SF two story community building offers various youth education and entertainment programs for the neighboring communities. This complex features a state-of-the-art theater, multiple classrooms for Washington Middle School, gymnasium for Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, wellness clinic, acoustically perfect practice rooms and recital halls for Levine School of Music and floating floor dance studios for Washington Ballet. Solomon G. Brown Corps Center - New Construction
74,049 Gross SF (46,645 Total F.A.R.), five story building with additional 1 level below-grade parking with 145 spaces. Building uses consist of 4,100 SF of retail space on the 1st Floor, as well as providing workforce training, daycare center, chapel (pictured), classrooms, a health club, and a rooftop running track. Rhodes Hill Square - New Construction
Rhodes Hill Square is a luxury condominium project in the Clarendon section of Arlington, VA near the Iwo Jima Memorial consisting of 89 residences. Units range in size from 1,100 SF to over 2,000 SF with an average retail value of $1,000,000. This development consists of three wood framed 4 story buildings over concrete underground parking garages. 87% of the units are two stories with either private rooftop decks or on grade terraces including oak stairways between floors and leading to either private garage access or Treck roof decks. All units feature hardwood flooring, travertine tiled baths with soaking tubs, granite vanity tops, Jeld Wen aluminum clad wood windows and exterior doors, and gourmet kitchens with granite counter tops, high end cabinets, and upscale professional series appliances.
