The Grand

Baltimore, MD

The Grand has won multiple awards since its completion in 2006. Restoration and renovations to 90,000 SF of the former Masonic Temple, includes restoration of interior marble, plaster, scagliola, wood, and historic façade. Tremont Grand featured historic tax credits and included lead paint and asbestos removal. Included in this restoration work are new installations such as a commercial kitchen, an elevator, lighting, power system, HVAC system, plumbing system, sprinkler system and life safety systems. Roof additions and conveying systems. The Grand provides over 38,000 SF of luxurious banquet and meeting space.
