The City Homes and the Townes at Sheridan Station is a 60 unit condominium in stacked two-over two units ranging from 1200 to 2100 square feet. Top floor units have sweeping views of the Washington skyline. All units have garage parking, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and will be built to Energy Star standards. The Townes at Sheridan Station includes 8 fee simple townhomes ranging from 1400 to 1900 square feet. This project is being developed by William C. Smith & Company and designed by SK&I Architectural Design Group.
