MBE Program



WCS Construction believes in participating in the community. The WCS Construction office is located in Washington DC, where we pay local taxes and employ local residents. This contributes to the economic vitality of the area where much of the company’s work is performed.

CBE Program

WCS Construction, LLC is an CBE (Certified Business Enterprise) company. The CBE program develops contract and procurement preference and set-aside opportunities for District-based businesses. The District's discretionary spending can be directed to District businesses that support and contribute directly to job creation and the tax base. These efforts result in a much stronger local economy.

Local Business Enterprise & Development Enterprise Zone

WCS Construction has been located in the District of Columbia Ward 8 for nine years and is recognized as a LBE and DEZ business.
